Delivery Policy

Packaging and processing time is 1-3 working days (this does not include the weekend).

During busy period it can take up to 5 working days. 

Once the item has been despatched to the courier:

Uk Customers: It will take further 3-4 working days for your abaya to arrive.

International Customers: It will take 7-15 working days.

Despite our best efforts to ensure timely delivery of shipments, delays can still occur due to various factors beyond our control. These can include:

1. Customs clearance: Customs clearance can take longer than expected due to issues with documentation, inspections, or processing delays.

2. Weather or natural disasters: Severe weather or natural disasters such as hurricanes, earthquakes, or floods can disrupt transportation networks and cause delays.

3. Transportation issues: Transportation issues such as delays at ports, strikes, or mechanical problems with shipping vessels or planes can cause delays.

4. Pandemics and other health emergencies: Pandemics such as COVID-19 can cause disruptions to transportation networks and customs procedures, leading to delays.

We as a company have no control over parcel delays. In such case where your parcel has been delayed please check the tracking number that has been emailed to you.
