Due to the unique nature of each design and each piece being handmade we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

However, If there are any perceived defects, please contact us regarding this matter and we will thoroughly assess the issue.

Please include the following in your query:
Your order number
Your issue regarding the product
You may be asked to provide images if necessary.

Conditions for Defective or Damaged Products:

i. Contact us within 7 working days once the item has been received.

ii. Provide evidence of the defect or damage, such as clear photographs.

Exclusions:  The following scenarios are not considered defects or damage eligible for a return or exchange:

i. Normal wear and tear of the product.

ii. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper care.
