Cancellation Policy

At BY AANA, we aim to process orders efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service. As a result, cancellations and amendments are strictly time-sensitive.


Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel their order within 3 hours of placing it. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

After this 3-hour window, cancellations are no longer guaranteed and may not be possible.


No Cancellation Beyond Processing

Once an order has moved into processing or has been dispatched, it is considered final.

By placing an order with BY AANA, you acknowledge and accept that cancellation may not be possible beyond the permitted timeframe.


Order Amendments (Changes to Orders)

Requests to amend orders (including size, address or product changes) must be made within 3 hours of placing the order.

We will only be able to make changes if the order has not yet entered processing.

Once processing has begun, no changes can be made.


Refund Processing

Where a cancellation is approved within the permitted timeframe, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are processed from our side within 5–10 working days. Once processed, it may take an additional 5–30 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.


Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational or regulatory changes.

Any updates will take effect immediately once published on the website.
