At BY AANA, we aim to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all customers. This Delivery Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped and delivered.


Order Processing

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During peak periods, launches or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Methods and Delivery Fees

We currently ship using trusted courier services including Royal Mail and DHL Express.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery destination and service selected at checkout.

As of now, our standard shipping rates are:

  • United Kingdom: Royal Mail (2–4 working days) – from £4.25
  • Europe: Royal Mail Tracked (7–14 working days) – from £17.59
  • United States: Royal Mail Tracked (7–14 working days) – from £28.00
  • Canada: Royal Mail Tracked (7–14 working days) – from £26.00
  • Australia & New Zealand: Royal Mail Tracked (7–14 working days) – from £28.00
  • UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman: DHL Express (7–10 working days) – from £55.00

Shipping fees are subject to change at any time. The most accurate and up-to-date shipping cost will always be displayed at checkout prior to payment.

From time to time, BY AANA may offer promotional free shipping, which will be clearly stated on the website where applicable.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.

  • UK: 2–4 working days
  • Europe & International (Royal Mail): 7–14 working days
  • Middle East (DHL Express): 7–10 working days

Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier disruptions or factors outside our control.


Shipping Process and Conditions

All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.

All shipments are sent using tracked services. Customers will receive tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery is considered complete once the parcel is marked as delivered by the courier. We rely on courier tracking information, including delivery confirmation, GPS data or photographic evidence where available, as proof of successful delivery.


Customs Duties and International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by the relevant customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Failure to pay customs charges may result in delays, returns or additional fees.


Failed Deliveries and Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer will be required to pay the full postage cost for the parcel to be re-dispatched.

Re-dispatch will only be arranged once the additional postage fee has been paid.

If a parcel is refused or not collected, any return shipping costs, customs charges or handling fees may be deducted where applicable.


Payment Confirmation

Once payment has been successfully completed, customers will receive an order confirmation via email.

This confirmation is typically sent immediately after checkout and will include:

  • Order number
  • Items purchased
  • Billing and delivery details
  • Payment confirmation

If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.

This email serves as confirmation that your payment has been successfully processed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs authorities
  • Customers must report any delivery issues within 72 hours of confirmed delivery
